QTS is the operating system for entry- and mid-level QNAP NAS. I think the problem is you didnt give the new account access to those drives: You have to go back into the qnap, re-enable the admin, sign in as admin, give your other user account access to those drives, sign out as admin, sign in as user, disable admin, sign into qfinder pro as the user account, not the admin account.
